Built by a clinician, for clinicians and the facilities they serve

Clinician-Led Leadership

Our company is being built by a healthcare professional who understands both bedside care and the travel-clinician experience.

Respiratory Therapy Expertise

Our founder’s experience as a travel clinician helps us understand the qualifications, unit experience and professional expectations associated with respiratory therapy staffing.

Quality-Focused Credentialing

Our goal is to build a talent network centered on clinical readiness, verified credentials and assignment-specific qualifications.

Responsive Service

We believe clinicians and healthcare organizations deserve clear communication, timely follow-up and accountable service.

Clinical Integrity

Candidates are represented accurately and matched according to their actual qualifications and experience.

Readiness

Clinicians should meet applicable credentialing, onboarding and assignment requirements before starting an assignment.

Transparency

Pay packages, expectations, requirements, timelines and changes should be communicated clearly.

Responsiveness

Clinicians and healthcare organizations should receive timely communication and support.

Professional Respect

Clinicians, recruiters, compliance personnel and facility representatives are treated as professional partners.

For Healthcare Facilities

Let’s Talk About Your Clinical Staffing Needs

The Clinician Society is preparing to serve Illinois healthcare organizations with a current recruiting focus on respiratory therapy. We welcome preliminary conversations with hospital leaders, respiratory therapy departments, procurement teams, MSP representatives and facility administrators regarding anticipated staffing needs, vendor onboarding and future partnership opportunities.

A preliminary conversation, on your timeline

We are in our pre-launch, network-building phase, and we would rather be straightforward about that than overstate where we are. A conversation now helps both sides prepare: your anticipated respiratory therapy needs, your procurement process, and what your vendor-onboarding requires.

1

Share your anticipated needs. Roles, timing, shift requirements and estimated volume, even if plans are still forming.

2

Walk us through procurement. MSP or VMS participation, vendor-onboarding contacts and contracting requirements.

3

Stay connected. As contracting, insurance, credentialing and vendor-onboarding requirements are completed, we will follow up about service availability.

About Us

Built by a Clinician Who Understands the Assignment

The Clinician Society was founded by an experienced travel clinician who has worked across hospital settings, including emergency care and critical care, with firsthand experience in bedside care.

Our Founder

An experienced travel clinician

Travel Clinician · Founder of The Clinician Society

The Clinician Society was founded by an experienced travel clinician who has worked in clinical care since approximately 2014 and as a travel clinician since approximately 2017. After seeing staffing from both sides of the assignment, as a hospital clinician and as a traveler, the founder set out to build a clinician-led staffing company held to a higher standard: clinical readiness, transparent communication and professional respect for the professionals doing the work.

What We’re Building Toward

A respected, clinician-led staffing company, built in the right order

Our long-term goal is to grow into additional professions and markets. Expansion will happen only after the necessary infrastructure is in place: state and professional licensing, staffing-agency registration, employment law, insurance, workers’ compensation, payroll registration, credentialing requirements, client contracts, MSP and VMS requirements, and funding capacity.

Placeholders & Confirmations Needed

Every item below is a placeholder or a claim on this website that requires founder confirmation before the site is treated as final.

  • Business email: RrenayAbu@TheclinicianSociety.com, published on the Contact page, Privacy Policy and footer as a mailto link. Complete.

  • Business phone: (877) 617-8233, published on the Contact page and in the footer as a tel link. Complete.

  • Website domain: www.Thecliniciansociety.com, published on the Contact page, Privacy Policy and footer as a link to https://www.Thecliniciansociety.com. Complete.

  • Expected response time: currently “[INSERT EXPECTED RESPONSE TIME]” on the Contact page. Confirm what to promise (e.g., “within two business days”).

  • Business / mailing address: no address is published. Provide a registered business address, virtual office or professional mailing address when available; do not use a residential address.

  • Founder anonymity: the founder’s name and job title are intentionally withheld from all public pages. The founder is presented anonymously as an experienced travel clinician, and no founder portrait is used. Revisit only if she decides to be identified publicly.

  • Founder presentation: with the founder unnamed, the site reads “Travel Clinician · Founder,” with no name, no specialty title and no post-nominal credentials. Confirm whether this anonymous presentation should change.

  • Travel timeline: the site states travel clinician since approximately 2017 and clinical care since approximately 2014, per the founder’s correction. Confirm final wording.

  • Legal entity status: the site does not state that The Clinician Society Staffing LLC has been formed. Confirm formation status before any change.

  • Form delivery: forms currently confirm on-screen only. Connect a secure form backend / CRM before launch so submissions, confirmation emails and exports actually occur; keep clinician, facility and vendor leads in separate collections.

  • Resume uploads: confirm the secure upload destination and retention rules before accepting resumes through the live form.

  • Text-message consent: the optional SMS consent language on the clinician form needs legal review and a working opt-out process before texting begins.

  • Privacy Policy & Terms of Use: drafted as plain-language starting points. Have qualified legal counsel review both before launch.

  • Licensing determinations: no public claim is made about Illinois staffing-agency licensing status. Confirm written determinations before adding any licensing language.

  • Insurance, EOR / back-office, payroll funding, MSP & VMS status: none are claimed on the site. Update only after signed agreements exist.

  • Pre-launch language: when contracts and approved requisitions are secured, update the hero notice band, FAQ answers and “network-building” copy, and only then consider activating a Jobs page.
